रजत जयंती समारोह 2023

सेवाकुंज आश्रम करीडाड चपकी सोनभद्र में 23, 24, 25 दिसंबर सेवाकुंज आश्रम अपने 25 वर्ष की यात्रा पूरी कर रजत जयंती समारोह मनाया इस समारोह में सेवाकुंज आश्रम से जुड़े देश भर से सहयोगी कार्यकर्ता बंधु कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित हुए। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत एनटीपीसी रिहंद के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक श्री पंकज मेदिरत्ता जी ने किया।

✓दूसरे दिन समन्वय बैठक, विचार परिवार सभी सेवा समर्पण संस्थान की प्रांत समिति, जिला समिति, खंड समिति, तथा नगर समिति से आए हुए सभी बंधुओं का सामूहिक बैठक हुई ।तथा ऑनलाइन वर्चुअल मीटिंग भी हुई ।

About Us

Sewakunj Ashram

A gurukul is located in Karinar near Chapki in Bhabhani Block. Presently 250 tribal children from all remote parts of Sonbhadra district are studying in the Ashram. As they all belong to extremely poor background (economically, culturally), Ashram provides food,clothes etc. The most peculiar thing is the disciplined life of children which is inculcated among them through Gurukul culture. Because of this disciplined life many students had done well in past academically and became role model for their villagers.

A dreampilot project was initiated for integrated tribal rural development in 1999 by सेवा समर्पण संस्थान affilialted organisation of ABVKA (Akhil Bhartiya Vanvasi kalian Ashram). Initially namedas समग्र वनवासी विकास परियोजना(integrated tribal development project).

4 Key Focus Dimensions

Donation

Provide food for one time. For that you have to contribute Rs. 5100 monthly. You may fix some important day like birthday of your children, marriage day or barasi of your parents etc.

Adopt a child (The yearly expenditure on a child comes about Rs. 36,000.). Contribute Rs. 3000 every month or give all amounts yearly.

Contribute for providing teaching facility there. For keeping two teachers there, it costs about Rs. 30000 Monthly.

Contribute generously according to your own wish. Contribution in any form (books, pens, sports’ material, and any other objects which have some use in home) is accepted.

Donate for Health of Tribals of Sonebhadra during this Covid Pandemic

Sewa Samaprpan Sansthan has planned to organize medical camps in all villages of Sonebhadra district through Sewa Kunj Ashram, Chapki as its nodal centre.

Medical camps are being regularly organized in Bhabhani, Kachnarawa, and Nagvan blocks, with local hospitals and Ashram Chikitsa Pramuk Dr. Suman Lal coordinating efforts. However, villagers are hesitant to attend government-organized camps due to fear of vaccination and not taking COVID-19 seriously.

The Ashram team, recognized by the villagers, provides medicines and raises awareness about the disease and vaccination, addressing their concerns. Recognizing the challenges of reaching the Robertsganj Covid Centre, the Ashram is working on establishing an Isolation Center, and the District CMO has pledged to send doctors periodically. For serious cases, Ashram ambulances will transport patients to Robertsganj, potentially saving the cost of private transportation, which could amount to Rs 50000.

Support by offering books

Education serves as a transformative tool capable of eliminating boundaries such as poverty, illiteracy, caste, creed, and capitalism. Despite distinctions between the literate and illiterate, awareness, values, and importance remain lacking in some communities. Organizations like Sewa Kunj Ashram play a crucial role in bringing awareness to poverty-stricken and remote areas, notably in Sonebhadra district, where many tribes, primarily well diggers, struggle to provide basic needs for their children. The Ashram addresses this by offering free hostel facilities and preparing children for exams like Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance, Polytechnic, and engineering entrance exams. To support this noble cause, individuals are encouraged to contribute by providing books for exam preparation, as these books symbolize not only knowledge but also the potential to brighten the future and destiny of these underprivileged children.
